[Item Concept] Moonflair Spellblade (Rework)
Hey guys! Just thought I'd try bring back an old item into something a bit different to what it used to be:

Build Path: Fiendish Codex 
(30AP, 10%CDR = 900G) + Pickaxe 
(25AD = 875G) + Sheen 
(250Mana, 10%CDR = 1050G) + 275G Build Cost.
- Total Cost: 3200G
- Total Stats: 50 Ability Power, 45 Attack Damage, 250 Mana, 20% Cooldown Reduction
- Unique Passive: Using a basic attack increases your next spell's damage by 10% (Stacking up to 3 times for 30%). Using an offensive spell increases your next basic attack's damage by 15% (Stacking up to 3 times for 45%). Stacks dissipate after 3 seconds of not basic attacking or casting a spell.
