Fiddlesticks Rework for the upcoming AP Mages META!

This is a Fiddlesticks rework so he can be a part of the upcoming AP Mages meta.

Passive- Living Fear Fiddlesticks permanently gains a tenacity bonus, and does increased AP damage for every champion he has vision of.

Q- Despair If Fiddlesticks isn't seen, his next auto attack slows the enemy unit for a long duration. While targeted unit is slowed, Fiddlesticks gains a movement speed buff.

W- Crow Scare Fiddlesticks summons a small group of crows to a certain location that gives vision. If the crows gain vision of an enemy unit, they fear and deal damage over a certain amount of time to the targeted unit. Fiddlesticks gains health for the amount of damage dealt.

E- Jump Scare Fiddlesticks appears behind an enemy unit, fearing it and gains a shield that blocks a portion of oncoming damage for the duration.

R- Plague Storm Fiddlesticks channels his energy, and blinks to a target location, stunning enemies for a moment. Crows fly around Fiddlesticks spreading a plague dealing damage over time. Fiddlesticks also receives health based on damage dealt.

They made Fiddlesticks a part of the MYMU. Sadly they only changed his passive.

My idea was to have his first 3 abilities help him in the jungle, and for possible 1v1s (counter jungling and such). His E was to be his main ganking tool, but my idea was to have it so that if Fiddlesticks uses his ultimate, he can reposition to a better location. Also about the shield on his E, since Hourglass was going to be changed, instead of Fiddle being forced to buy it, now he rely on his shield, which is suppose to let him survive until at least his ultimate finishes. His ultimate, I just changed it to make it "cooler", his ultimate was what defined Fiddlesticks so I just make it more awesome (the idea for my ultimate was the Black Death)!

His passive change helps a lot in the MYMU. It helps him run down people after he ults.

This isn't bad dude, not bad at all. My opinion as a fid main is, It may be slightly op, but then again wtf is this taric rework lol. The one thing I don't like is that this fid would probably want to build more tanky as the huge amount of cc and healing he has would have to be leveraged with a lot less damage than the current fid has, eg. no more pentafid. However, this rework would make him relevant in today's jungle meta. Hopefully Riot sees this and takes some ideas!

Fiddle is going to need some major buffs and rework with the new jungle changes. He will be counter-jungled so hard now that he won't be viable in any ELO. They really need to improve his waveclear so he can lane again.
