What's Wrong League?!

_I've felt like the average games last too long. As you know Riot has made it... better? In the sense that they improved the probability of winning for the "losing team", with features like bounty, etc. However this makes the game last much longer...

I made this to address why long games isn't what the players what._

  1. Long games are a waste of time. Why the games last so long has little to do with the players, rather the features Riot has put in to extend game length and "enhance the gaming experience". When a team is far ahead, certain features benefit the losing team, evening the game out and making it longer. However a fed team is still a fed team, and unless someone manages to carry it, their team would most likely lose either way. The pressure of having to carry a game is mostly disheartening than inspiring, and it leaves most players to just give up... I've had many games where people just want to surrender immediately and it's frustrating to deal with these negative emotions until we can finally surrender. In addition, it makes players on "tilt" even worse because they have to wait until 20 minutes in the game to take their anger and frustration outside league. If you could surrender at 15 minutes into the game, the players on tilt won't be as tilted if they decided they want to play another one, otherwise it creates a vicious cycle of tilted players ruining the gaming experience. Overall this makes players feel that the first 20 minuted was just a waste of time, or that the hard work they put in to stomp a team held no meaning an was a waste of effort.

  2. I understand some players don't realize they have a late game team comp or siege comp, and giving them the ability to surrender at 15 minutes will never teach them that they could easily win if they were versus a strictly start game comp. However, players shouldn't be aided until they grow up because, reaching the climax of a champion should be EARNED, not given. It takes the fun of achieving that climax and now ruins the gaming experience for the other team, who worked hard to get fed and stomp the first 15 minutes of the game. Like stated previously, this makes players feel that the effort they put into the first 15-20 minutes of the game was meaningless.

  3. This new system is only spoon feeding players who don't deserve to have a comeback because they didn't take the time to practice their role, champion, and how to communicate with others -which is what the first 30 levels of leagues is suppose to teach you- then you can move on to ranked. Not to boast but we feel like if we outplay the enemy team, then we deserve to win, and like a stated previously, if they're a late game comp, they should be more passive and make it to the end game themselves. I understand how good it feels to win a 4v5 or make a comeback after they enemy stomped us, but it's the exact opposite and maybe even worse for the enemy team. It can really put people on a tilt because they lost a 5v4 which leads to the vicious cycle. Initially players think it's amazing they just won a 4v5, but people think much deeper than that. "We shouldn't have won that," or, "How did we even win that," is commonly said in after game chat, players soon realize that their hands were held to victory, which really takes away the awesomeness you felt when you realize victory was practically handed to you.

**To win a game that you thought was a lost cause feels great, especially when you're the one that carries it. However the new system makes carrying harder and sometimes just more beneficial to the other team more than yours. But when you truly earn the win, it's heartwarming and inspiring, and to the enemy team, they won't be as upset because they didn't have to wait the extra 5 minutes to surrender. If things stay the way they are, not only will players feel that their win wasn't well deserved, but the opposing players would feel that they were cheated out of victory. **

Did you ever play in season 5? Games are so much more snowbally, this is the reason late game champs have fallen off so hard. I disagree with this entirely, with the way minion pushing works map pressure is so much more difficult to get back.
