DemiDemi - The one that's Incomplete

DemiDemi Ranged Primary- Support Resource- None

Passive- DemiMan Consecutive basic attacks increase by 75% of base attack damage. Damage increase scales with level.

Q- Demily Click on an enemy champion, that champion has their attack damage, attack speed, and magic damage halved for 2 seconds. Targeted champion's movement speed is also halved but for 3 seconds. Cooldown- Around 8 seconds

W- Undemi DemiDemi gains 2x his attack speed, attack damage, magic damage, and movement speed for 2 seconds. If casted on an allied champion, they receive half the effect for 2 seconds instead. Cooldown- Around 8 seconds

E- Demi a Demi Targeted enemy champion has half the total health points taken away for 2.5 seconds. 1/4 of the health points taken away return after 2 seconds, 3/4 of the health points that were taken away return after 2.5 seconds. Targeted allied champion receives 1/4 of their maximum health points as a shield, the shield expires after 1.75 seconds. Cooldown- Around 10 seconds

R- Demility Passive- Basic attacks increase by 50/75/100 attack damage only when used consecutively on an enemy champion. Active- Enemy unit's movement speed is halved for 5 seconds. Cooldown- around 60 seconds

_Idea- I wanted DemiDemi to be a champion which revolves around halving stats. I picture this champion to be a Deity with only his top half visible. I can't imagine how his kit would work in game.

His Q ability, I envisioned it as a way to deal with tanks faster. His W and E ability, I envisioned it to focus more on debuffing the enemy or possibly buffing your own, I did this just to make sure that if he was behind he would still be useful. His whole kit revolves around auto attacks that increase in damage the more its used, to the point where if the enemy is in range for long enough, a couple auto attacks would kill them, then for the next enemy champion, it would take less auto attacks as it did before. His secondary could be an assassin because of this, all he needs to do is stay alive and he could end up OHKO anything. Just to limit him, you can out a cap on his max attack damage increase, or lower the window of time he has to keep his auto attacks "consecutive" if you understand what I'm trying to say._
