[Animation] Elderwood Leblanc flutter animation when sped up! Plz Rito!

I know this skin goes live in 1 week and I know that once it is released that it won't be given anything new or exciting.

Riot! You already have the flutter animation loop as her W, just re-purpose it for her sped-up animations (Homeguards, Sivir's ult etc.) similar to Tristana riding her dragon in the Dragon Tamer skin.

You could take this skin from a 1350 to a 1750 skin just by adding a simple animation that you already have - and the player base wants to have it!

I know after this Leblanc skin that there will not be another Leblanc skin for another year and a half, so please make this one special - I just would love to be fluttering back to lane once 20 mins shows up!
