Hextech Crafting: Trading

Since Riot is pushing playing with friends, why not make it possible to trade shards of the same type with friends? Of course, some restrictions would have to be put into place in order to restrict abuse:

• Only level 30 accounts may trade (so people don't create new accounts for the free chest)
• Only 1 trade per month per friend (to satisfy Riot's share of greediness)
• Need to have been friends for a month (so no chat rooms for trading purposes only)
• Maybe something else I have missed?
