Games are so quick that I can't complete Project quests

Currently I am stuck on kill 2 Barons and win a game after earning 12k gold.

Getting even one Baron requires a game of at least 20 minutes. At that point the game is already stomped and the losing team surrenders.

As for the other quest, it's hard for a support like me to earn 12k gold in such short games.

I have tried playing a non-support in normal matchmade games, but I end up losing since I am not as good in the other roles when I need to play against Diamonds and Plats as Silver (matchmaking seems to have some problems). I have also tried bot games (edit: also known as Coop vs. AI), but they are just as quick, so even as a non-support I cannot do these quests.

Any ideas how I could complete those two quests?

Do it in a Coop vs AI game...

Just ask the people in AI at the start of the game for Baron. The people there should be more than happy to help you complete them.

You do need to ask though. In champ select if possible.

Go play in coop vs AI. Those missions work there too.
