One reason to "URF makes some people stop playing League"

Ask Riot: URF - Nexus

URF makes some people stop playing League.

In my case this has happened every time. After URF, I always take a break and only return after a couple of months.

For me, the reason is that after URF, I'm still in the URF mindset of spamming skills carelessly. Yet normal games don't work like that, but in the heat of the action, it's hard to remember that I shouldn't use summoner 4 in any fight. Taking a break is the only way to return to the normal mindset of carefully judging each use of a skill.

I already know that I'm taking a break when this ARURF ends because I wouldn't be able to perform well in normal games. ######I'm also annoyed by not getting to play Karma in this URF because of Riot's RNG that favors champions I don't usually play. Thus my break is also a protest.

It would be nice if all random was really all random.

For whatever dumb reason free week rotation champs are in the games more often than non free week champs and it's more obvious to me because everyone has all champs (this year urf mode has) and yet i still see the free week champs more often than non free weeks before rerolls.
