Eliah, The Secret Weapon

Passive: Upon receiving fatal damage, Eliah take a chunk of goo our of her body and throws it(Player Controlled 700 range), If the goo is not destroyed within 6 seconds, Eliah is revived with 20%(+30%)Ap health.(120 second cooldown) Q: Eliah Drinks a potion that allows her to camouflage with her environment making her stealthed for 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds, Upon revealing herself she blasts the area around her with goo dealing 40/50/65/75/90(+0.6 AP) Magic Damage and slowing enemies caught in the blast radius by 40% ( 15/14/13/12/11 Second Cooldown)

W: Eliah melts herself into a target-able puddle for 3 seconds dealing (20/25/30/35/40)(+70% AP) magic damage Per second (22/20/18/16/14 Second Cooldown)

E: Eliah Stretches herself around a target enemy snaring them for 0.5 seconds dealing (30/50/70/90/110) Magic Damage(+90%AP) (15 second cooldown all ranks)

R: Eliah has a meltdown causing her goo to heat to extreme temperatures, After 3 seconds, Eliah emits a super-heated flare dealing (200/325/450)(+30%AP)Magic Damage to enemies caught in the blast radius.(blast radius is 550 range)(110/95/80 Second cooldown)

LORE: Eliah was created in a secret lab in zaun. Originally called Project GJ-2.0, she came to be alongside her brother in creation, Zac. Zac was adopted at an early stage of evolution while Eliah was forced away and shut out from his image. This made Eliah very angry, She spent years trying to discover the location of Zac to get revenge on his leaving. Eliah eventually came across Bandle City, meeting with a Lulu, a short sorceress that mastered the art of poly morphing and the color purple. The two grew fond of each other over time and lulu set Eliah away from the path of revenge, but on the path of self righteousness. Lulu created a potion, once the potion was consumed it changed Eliah from a green goo to purple. Her life had been renewed and her image was fresh. Eliah would keep drinking Lulus potion and every time she did so she became stronger, she was constantly growing and helping the beings of Bandle City. After two full years of helping Eliah became curious once again of the whereabouts of Zac. She decided to set out on a journey to reunite the two secret weapons to fight side by side for eternity.

Feel free to give feedback, i just though a champion that is more AP focused as a jungler than tankiness but is still a secret weapon like zac would be really cool.
