I'm not sure if the post is sarcastic or not. Because Rocket used that line in a thinly veined joke that he wanted someone's eye for a plan, but actually wanted it because he thought taking prosthetic limbs was hilarious.

Thats rocket from guardians of the galaxy, During a prison break scenario he asks the protagonist to get him a mans prosthetic leg for the plan, so the protagonist pays the man to get his leg but then rocket says it was just a joke. A few minutes later they forge up another play and rocket says he needs a lady cyber eye, when the protagonist refuses to fall for another joke rocket says " its important to me"
