Big Bertha, The Rampaging Ogress [Jinx's sister concept]

Sorry, no artwork. I'm no artist. =<

So I had this concept for Jinx's sister in mind for a while. Figured I'd post it up. This is just my concept of Jinx's sister, and will likely differ from the actual character Rito probably has planned, and from other players' versions.

Caitlyn Another week, another senseless act of crime. That little monster never stops, and we shall not rest until we put her behind bars for a long...very long...time. Vi Jinx. God, I hate her. Not long ago, we received word of her wreakin' havoc upon Piltover once again. Though we're totally tired of this crap, we responded. That's our job, I guess. Besides, I couldn't wait to bash that smile in. Caitlyn Upon arrival, however, our culprit was not alone. She was accompanied by a hulking large figure. Vi You've GOT to be kidding me! That...thing...is her sister? Oh my god, they're multiplying. Caitlyn Big Bertha, she is apparently called. All the madness and lust for death and destruction of her pint-sized sibling, combined with the body and temper of a raging bull. Vi As if one wasn't enough already. We're gonna have our hands full with these two. Mark my words, they will answer for their crimes, and for pissing me off.

Jinx Dream on, suckers. My big sis doesn't get caught. She catches you. >;3

Big Bertha (bad cliché name intentional) is a large bulky woman with an appetite for destruction and murder, much like her sister...though perhaps even crazier. Is that even possible? Jinx wasn't lying. Bertha is a satisfied test subject of an experimental drug that enhances physical strength and resistance to pain and injury, and the first to retain her sanity. That's not saying much, as she was never very sane to begin with. She was given the nickname "Rampaging Ogress" after said experiments, due to her bulky appearance. She is a complete aggressive wackadoodle, but contrary to popular belief, she isn't a dumbass or naive.

In game, she is a Tank, with Fighter as secondary type. She thrives best as botlane support, and toplane tank. She wields no weapons, simply bashing enemies with her fists, head, and body.

She thrives on building armor, magic resistance, cooldown reduction, and health. Tenacity might be a good idea, too, as she's quite sensitive to crowd control. She uses mana for her abilities like most champions.

Bertha's passive is "Hit me!". Each time she takes damage, she gains a stack, adding a small attack damage bonus. Maximum stacks is 5. Stacks last for a second or two before vanishing entirely (much like Jax's passive), but can be refreshed by taking more damage.

Bertha's Q is Ogre Slam. A straight line short range dash attack, that damages and stuns the first target she hits. Ogre Slam does not block crowd control.

Bertha's W is Earthshaker. She slams her foot down onto the ground, creating a shockwave around her that damages and pushes away all enemies within range. It has a short cast time, and can be interrupted by crowd control.

Bertha's E is Meatshield. She grabs up to two enemy minions and uses them as shields to soak up damage for the duration of the spell, or until the minions are killed. She gains a small movement speed boost during Meatshield, and at the end, she slams the minion(s) down onto the ground in front of her, in a small AoE, damaging enemies. Does not work on champions, neutral monsters, or allied minions. It does work on enemy pets, like Elise's spiderlings, Malzahar's voidlings, and the voidlings from item 3512. During Meatshield, her passive is disabled, as the minions lose health instead. However, attack Bertha from behind and she will take damage during Meatshield, and her passive will stack. Bertha can also not use basic attacks or other abilities during Meatshield. She can use the ability again to use her slam attack earlier. Meatshield does not block crowd control.

Bertha's R (ult) is Devastating Rampage. Upon activation, she becomes berserk and attempts to grab the enemy champion of her choice in melee range (think of Sion's passive, you'll know when she is getting ready to grab someone). This "grab attempt" state lasts only a few seconds. If she fails to grab, the ability goes on cooldown. Upon successful grab, her Q, W, E, and R change into different abilities she can perform for the duration (similar to Heimerdinger's ult, only requiring a grab first), and she has a few seconds to perform a follow-up move. Only one move can be performed per ult. If she fails to perform a follow-up move, the champion slips from her grip unharmed. During the "grabbed" state, she is unable to walk, use basic attacks, or any of her regular abilities.

Q - Devastating Rampage: CATCH! Bertha throws the enemy champion in a short range straight line, damaging the first target hit, as well as the grabbed champion. If it hits an enemy champion, both the target and grabbed champion are stunned for 1 second. If it hits nothing, only the grabbed champion takes damage.

W - Devastating Rampage: EAT DIRT! Bertha leaps up in the air and slams the grabbed champion down onto the ground, causing a shockwave that damages and pushes away all enemies in range. If it hits an enemy champion, both the target and grabbed champion have a small % reduced armor for 2 seconds.

E - Devastating Rampage: UBERMEATSHIELD! Bertha uses her grabbed champion as Meatshield, making them take basic attack damage for her, starting a new timer akin to her regular Meatshield ability. Minions and neutral monsters do only half damage against the meatshield champion, and Bertha's allies cannot damage the grabbed champion for the duration. Allies can prevent damaging/killing their grabbed ally by not damaging Bertha. The same passive rules as regular Meatshield apply, so attack Bertha from behind if you safely want to damage her during UBERMEATSHIELD!, although it will stack her passive. At the end of the duration, she will perform a slam attack similar to Meatshield's, although this causes the weakest damage of all her ult variations. She can use the ability again to use her slam attack earlier.

This ability only works to block basic attacks by champions (full damage), minions and neutral monsters (half damage). It does not cause any turrets to attack the grabbed champion, and any abilities will solely hit Bertha, not her grabbed champion. If the grabbed champion dies within Bertha's grasp, she gets the kill, regardless of who or what killed the champ.

R - Devastating Rampage: BACKBONE BREAKER! Bertha smashes the grabbed champion down onto her knee, dealing massive damage. This ability is her most damaging ability, and only works on her grabbed champion, but adds no other effect whatsoever. Using it also lengthens the cooldown of Devastating Rampage.

Devastating Rampage also has a passive component, that ups the amount of attack damage gained per stack from her passive "Hit me!". This increases with each rank of her ult, making her basic attacks and abilities to a biiiit more damage without sacrificing her tanky build. Unless you build her as a bruiser, she isn't likely to become too damaging even with her passive.

Some of Big Bertha's voice lines.

Champion Select: "I'M GONNA WRECK IT!"

Movement: "You think I'm crazy? You should see my- wait, what?" "Why ask questions when you can punch!"

Attack: "Hahahaha run! TOO LATE!" "Who wants some POUND CAKE!?"

Joke: "The law doesn't catch me. I catch the law. And break its face. Gently. With a huge fist." "I don't eat babies. Not enough meat on those bones."

Taunt: "Whaddya lookin' at, shrimp?" "After you're all dead... I get to kill you ALL OVER AGAIN!"

Q: "Comin' through!" "One girl wreckin' ball!"

W: "Back off!" "WHAM!"

E: "Mwahaha c'mere!" "Try it now. LOSER!"

R: "HAHAHAHAHA! YOU'RE MINE NOW!" "This won't hurt...ME!"

R-Q: "HERE, CATCH!" "FLY, PRETTY THING!"

R-W: "DUSTSUCKER!" "POWERSLAM!"

R-E: "HIT ME, I DARE YA!" "YOU DON'T MIND, RIGHT!?"

R-R: "If you had a backbone, NOW YOU HAVE TWO!" "Spineless? YOU ARE NOW!"

This probably needs some rework and revision, but there ya have it.

Edit: Reworked her ult a little, particularly after she grabs someone. I wanted to prevent having her Flash, Grab, run towards own turret, then throw the enemy champ into it, follow up with her Q to stun, etc. Even Blitz isn't that nasty. I removed the fixed direction of her follow-up ult move (which was kinda bad in general, and wouldn't prevent the Flash-combo, and replaced it with her being rooted (unable to walk). Now she shouldn't be any less dangerous than Alistar Flash-Headbutting you into his team/turret, and you won't be stunned unless you hit a teammate who happens to be there, too.

Edit 2: Reworked her Ubermeatshield a bit, giving it plenty of opportunity to be countered, while still having a beneficial effect for her.

Not bad. I'd say the ubermeatshield might need a little toning down. If someone was to karthus ult and somehow she managed to get to someone in time that's be a lot of damage blocked and a lot of damage transferred. That's just a tad op.
