Stuck on loading screen after 100% complete (repeatedly)

Several times in the past few days, I've been getting this issue. After champ select, loading screen, it just freezes up when it should've loaded. Since I'm basically trapped most of the time, as I can't seem to manually shut the program down, I have to restart my PC, and that takes time away from the match, etc.. which I can rejoin most of the time.

ARAM only, since that's all I play and have played for the last few years, aside from some co-op vs AI. It was working fine up till the new patch, 9.14, so I'm very doubtful it's suddenly my PC or internet connection. Everything else works fine. My current anti-virus (not Avast or AVG, as I knew they're troublesome before they started bothering League) doesn't seem to have any issues with any of my games. I've doublechecked it, nothing out of the ordinary.

Though seeing the many posts about this matter, I'm assuming I'm not the only one with this issue lately.

Either way, I suppose I'll avoid playing League for a bit, until they fix this issue.
