Note: The Icons I use are not the actual abilities of the icon, just similar to the concept of the icons I want it to be instead.

Milaedis Blade (Passive): After 9 seconds of an ability used, Jharic's next basic attack deals 40 (+20 per level) true damage. The same target cannot be attacked with this bonus damage within 15 seconds.

Entrail Spikes (Ability): Put 6 spikes in enemies over 2 seconds, with each spike dealing 5/15/25/35/45 (+10% AD) (+10% AP). This attack will be canceled if the target gets out of range (750). If all spikes land, Jharic gains +15/20/25/30/35% Movement Speed for 3.5 seconds. (0 Mana) (10 Second Cooldown) (Range: 600)

Milaedis Shield (Ability): Set up a shield for 1.5/2.25/3/3.75/4.5 seconds, taking 70/75/80/85/90% reduced damage (-5% for each consecutive hit, with the cap being 30/35/40/45/50% reduced damage). 3 seconds after the shield is down, Jharic is healed by 30/35/40/45/50% of the damage absorbed. (0 Mana) (32/28/24/20/16 Second Cooldown) (Range: Self)

Quantam Burst (Ability): Dashing 75/125/175/225/275 units forward, Jharic charges his next basic attack to deal 40/70/100/130/160 (+40% AP) bonus magic damage (lasts 6 seconds). Quantam Burst can be cast again to dash 125/200/275/350/425 units again before the bonus damage is consumed. (0 Mana) (12 Second Cooldown) (Range: 700)

T.A.S.M. (Ultimate): Passive: Basic attacks deal 10/15/20% AD + 10/15/20% AP bonus true damage. Every basic attack charges the T.A.S.M. by 1% (is shown in the secondary bar). Abilities charge it by 3%. Active: Using the T.A.S.M., Jharic teleports to an enemy, dealing 80/140/200 (+40% AD) (+40% AP) damage, stunning them for 0.5 seconds. (50/35/20% TASM Source) (6 [Static] Second Cooldown) (Range: 600)
