Need Global Announcement in Client of New Patch...

Like how worlds gives a global announcement that it's on. GIve that same announcement to anyone currently logged in.

Not a concept, not a creation. I need HELP. We all do. This feature MUST be a part of the next patch. It's not an option. RIOT has failed if it's not provided.

It causes client crashes and messes up MMR and matchmaking (yes, it does). If your goal is to stabilize and idealize the new client then this BASIC help is needed.

Someone deleted this for no reason so... enjoy the facepalm. [zombie-brand-facepalm]

Or you could, you know, close the client when you're done playing? Also, the patches have consistently occurred every two weeks, overnight between Tuesday and Wednesday (technically early Wednesday morning). So maybe keep track of the day of the week, and restart the client if it's Wednesday?
