Rammus has no real need for thornmail, malph is a giant unkillable rock and doesn't need it either.

What, you don't like watching Rammus reflect 200 health back every time he gets hit and being able to have the AD of an ADC with a full armor build?

^ truth. malph works well with any kind of armor. and so does rammus. i dont get the point. you're better buying off items that give both armor and health. since the more armor you buy the less damage reduction you get. its extremely stupid to buy a whole lot of armor and not a whole lot of health. the other day my gold roommate. and am unranked. had like 400 armor and no health items at all. made no sense. he was getting melted pretty fast. you can easily get 60-70% damage reduction. you can go up to 80 but its better to stack something like 5k health instead of 80% protection and idk. 3.5k health.

These champions being good has nothing to do with the item.

Doesn't matter. They're the 3 best thornmail users in the game and you're asking for the item to be buffed when those champs are already too strong. Unless you're asking that we gut all 3 just so we can buff thornmail, and I can't get on board with that.

if you think an item is weak that's riot telling you that you are competing in the sport wrong by buying it. They will remove it next season and put something else in that will make the game better. They will prolly put thornmail back in then in season 8-9 because balance.
