I think Taliyah could have a really good pool party skin. Her passive could make her get on a surf board and then she rides a wave of water. Her q could be her just throwing water and the worked ground could be pool bouys (if that's how you spell that) in a circle and has a floating in water effect beneath them. Her w could be just a simple wave pushing an enemy forward or back. Her e could be like ziggs e with like water ballons being scared on the browns and explode after the delay. Then her R could be her getting on a surf board and riding a huge wall of water (wave) then it blocks them off. Thanks for reading!!!

Okay I thought about it a bit more and I think that her E should be sand castles and ult should be like a sand wall in a sand castle sort of form.

I always thought they could turn her passive into a mini yacht(it's the right shape already), her scarf becoming a rich lady scarf, draped around her arms, her w a life preserver, her e the shallows in the water and her ult a giant ship slowly crashing, leaving debris in it's wake.

Just got back into Taliyah again because I realized how much fun I have playing her. I'd 10/10 buy a skin like this. Hopefully this gets upvoted a bunch!
