Can we revisit the idea of a dragon themed swain skin? RIOT PLEASE READ

If your like me, you have been on YouTube watching videos about riots canceled skin/champs and I do remember hearing about riot putting a "dragon swain" skin on the shelf. I know I'm not the only one that's has been amazed by the new swain rework and for that matter he deserves a new skin and this one could be a legendary, here is some ability ideas I had in mind.

Passive - LITTLE DRAGONS

Q - his hand realese fire in a cone with some dramatic fiery particles

W - a huge flaming eye but with some dragon themed twist to it

E - a dragons claw... maybe on fire?

R - He could turn into a human like dragon and his burst-spread thing could be like a huge wave of flame around him.

He could have a amazing voiceover on this skin and it would be amazing. RIOT PLEASE ANSWER IF THIS SKIN IS EVER COMING BACK
