Twitch Hidden Passive

I think that Twitch should have a hidden buff. Most of the things he says involves how he loves the smell of stinky things (poison) ,So I think he should get something where if someone is affected by poison (including his own) He should get a passive that heals him for a little and not much just something tiny, like +1.5 health per second or something like that and I think the name should be something like "Sweet Smell" ( Just an Example). I hope this gets seen and maybe could get put in game. Thanks for reading!!!
