Would love some feedback on a champion idea :) Everything included from lore to stats

League Champion Idea! Name: (I'm a writer and have always struggled more with names than the actual writing; I can't think of a name. Whoops!) We'll go with Xxx for purposes. Story/Lore: Xxx was a Demacian priest, working on the front lines in battles against Noxus. He specialized in dealing with the various plagues that Singed would design, and cured hundreds of brave Demacian Soldiers. Of course, working in such close proximity to the terrible and cruel diseases wasn't without risk; he fell ill to them, and no one else had the expertise to save him. At his funeral, hundreds of families-of all the victims he had saved- arrived to honor their great healer. In the midst of it, there came a great cloud and screams of terror could be heard between the shaking of the ground; Kalista had come to grant him vengeance. He would be allowed to stay and continue his fight against Noxus, but with a cruel twist of fate (haha. Twisted fate?): he would no longer be able to heal the wounded, instead using mutated strains of the diseases he had fallen to, to bring death to the Noxian armies.

(Originally I had considered Karthus bringing him back, but realized it made little sense with Karthus' lore. Pretty sure Karthus just wants you to die so he can have some super cool karaoke with his dead buddies. With the recent release of Kalista, this was a perfect opportunity) (Note: Obviously I'm not one of the designers, and I have no experience when it comes to balancing ratios and abilities and such. These were just my ideas{Dreams, if you will. Fantasies.}I think the numbers seem reasonable but then again, maybe not!) Passive: Infatuation of inflammation: For every disease Xxx has applied (perhaps only valid against champions? Or maybe half value for minions? Or maybe double value for champs?), he gains .25/.5/.75 % increased damage(gaining a rank at 6/11/16).(When diseases are dispelled, he keeps this bonus damage for 2 seconds) First Ability(Q): Corrupting Shot: (I had a few ideas, since it might be unbalanced otherwise?)First idea: I'm picturing a length of 1000ish with the width of Elise E(even though I hate it, it would be insanely Op if not :P ). It deals 40/50/65/75/90(.5 Ap ratio) to the first target hit. It always travels max distance, and applies the same damage to all targets hit. However, the first target hit takes additional effects depending on the diseases currently on them. CD idea: 8/6/5/4/3(Or maybe more along the lines of 12/10/8/6/4 for a weaker beginning?) Second Idea: Corrupting Cloud: (Perhaps with the above q, Xxx would have too much range and be able to build High damage and remain safe, even without any mobility.) Instead of a straight line skillshot, this would be an Auto-Attack spell (Like the nasus Q, Jax w) that deals the same damage as above with same CD, and then continues in a cone behind the target at 650 range. Only the target hit by the auto attack modifier would have their diseases exploded(?) This would mean that in order for Xxx to explode any of his diseases, he would have to get in melee range (perhaps if we went with this version of q, he could be a melee bruisery-mage. I imagine that it would be ideal to then increase the base damage of all his spells but lower the Ap%, so he could afford to build tanky and still deal damage without having large amounts of ap, while also being unable to build both tanky and high damage.) Second Ability(W): Debilitating Draft: Xxx throws a bottle of plague at an area, where it explodes on impact and leaves a plague zone for 3 seconds(800 range, a circle of 250?). It infects anyone walking in it with Debilitate. Debilitate slows the target over 5 seconds for 10/15/20/25/30% and deals 25/30/35/45/50(.35%AP) damage per second to the target. At the end of the duration, target is snared for 1 second(maybe no snare?) If target is the first victim of Corrupting Shot, target takes the full damage the DoT would have dealt, and is stunned for 1/2/2.5/3/3.5 seconds. Debilitate is removed when this occurs. Cd idea: 12/11/10/9/8 Third Ability(E): Flesh-Eating Bacteria: Xxx infects a target with Flesh-Eating Bacteria for 4 seconds. This ability has 625 range, and deals high damage over time (35/45/50/65/75(+.75%AP) per second to the target). At the end of the duration, it explodes for 40/60/65/75/90(+.5% AP) and spreads to any nearby targets(same range as malzahar DoT?). Targets affected by this becomes immune to Flesh-Eating Bacteria for 5 seconds(to prevent a rapid spread that can re-apply repeatedly in an extended team fight. Maybe even longer immunity?) If target is hit by the initial Corrupting Shot, they will instantly take 100%(maybe less, like 75%?) of the damage they would have received over the duration, and the bacteria will explode for the same damage as above with the same spreading effect. Cd idea: Maybe an even 10 seconds? This would give it a 6 second CD with max cdr, and a 2 second downtime between infections with max cdr. Fourth Ability(R): Hair of the Dog..: Xxx drinks the plague that killed him, increasing his Ability Power by 30/55/75 for 10 seconds. It also increases the potency of his other spells. Corrupting shot now treats all targets hit as if they were the first, the plague area left behind by Debilitating Draft now moves slowly towards the lowest health(%) enemy champion and lasts the entire duration of his ult, and Flesh Eating Bacteria spreads on impact rather than when it ends(His corrupting shot would no longer spread the disease, but it would still explode it for the instant damage). Base Stats: (You'll have to definitely forgive me here as I have no place in theory-crafting these numbers)(changes depending on melee/range)(levels 1-18) Health: 497-1740(Or perhaps 570-2152 if we went with the bruisery melee mage) Health regen:5.4-14.8 Mana:315-1112 Mana Regen: 6.0-19.6 Range(If range) 515, Melee range if not? Attack damage(if range)54-105/ (If melee) 59-116 Attack speed: 0.625+0%-41.5% Armor: 22.7-85.4 magic res. 30. Movement Speed: 340

Fun stuff!: Taunt ideas: 1.Come closer...let me heal your wounds... 2. Care for a spoon of sugar with my...medicine?

Joke ideas:1. I wonder which disease Singed gave me that's causing this...itch... 2. Trust me, I'm a doctor.(Lost in Space anyone?) If you made it this far, thanks for reading! I still have no clue on a name, and basically no champion model ideas. I was thinking a dead guy priest but that's Karthus. Was thinking a dead guy doctor but that's too singed. Maybe a Leprosy-covered zombie guy. With flies buzzing around him. Idk my artistic ability is limited to stick figures and rainbows. Maybe a shadow-man? Like zed's shadows but that's his actual model. But anyways, thanks again for reading this, and I'd love any feedback. Even if it was "hey, this idea blows". I can take it. I'll only cry a little.

This actually looks very interesting. The only questions I have is are diseases treated as poisons? Basically, can this guy poison someone with his many tools and have the friendly Cassiopeia go wild with her E? I do however love the idea of 'The first target hit takes the damage instantly.' It makes it seem like in addition to having a rather potent lane phase due to his burst on a single target, he would still have the immense usefulness in team fights, spreading his diseases to multiple targets and sending his Q through them. Come to think of it, this champion has some pretty high multi-kill and single target burst potential. A bit like Katarina. In fact, do you think his lane phase may be slightly too strong, considering his also strong team fighting capabilities? For example, Cassiopeia's lane phase is decent, but team fighting is her strongest suit. Alternatively, Synrdra has very high single target burst but is seen as less versitile in teamfights. Do you think a champion that seems to excel at both would be too strong?

I still love the idea of a champion that overwhelms the target with damage-over-time abilities.
