Liandry's Blessing?

Had an idea for an item that could be added this coming pre season to go with the idea of items being modified to fit teams. How about a healer version of Liandry's Torment? Graphically, it could be a happy mask instead of the sad crying one. But anyways, the actual important stuff. Think about it. You're Soraka, doing your thing. You throw a heal on Nautilus and it moves his health bar about a millimeter. But then, because he has a large amount of health, it continues healing for a few seconds based on his % hp. The numbers wouldn't be too ridiculous-hell, keep them the same as Liandry's torment but for healing instead. This would give healers an item for longer lasting teamfights and to make it more interesting-instead of sitting on top of the adc and instant healing them to full hp(since they have such low hp), they could now feasibly heal the tank and it actually do something. I can't see it being "op" since Liandry's is a fair item. Plus a little hp and ap on a support is always healthy. Thoughts, ideas?

i could see this although it would only work on a couple of champions but some of them are played enough to warrant this item

I think the general idea against it is that it isn't fun to see an enemy you're trying to kill start gaining health.

Don't get me wrong, there's lots of not fun behavior in this game according to this definition: lack of counterplay to certain burst damage, revive passives, immunity ultimates, etc... But riot has identified that they're trying to move away from the "not fun to play against" play types.

Also tanks typically have armour/magic resist and a skillset that puts them in the front line. So healing them could actually be OP (as their defensive items help them against torment but there wouldn't be a way for me to reduce how much you heal them).

That all said, perhaps some form of heal scaling item is in order, it's silly to say you can only heal an adc/apc...

Thematically, it would be fun to have a smiley mask to go with the sad mask.

A healer version of item 3151 doesn't make sense though. Remember it builds out of item 3136 , and there is nothing about Guise that says healers should like it. Bad build paths are the death knell for good items.
