While I like the sound of that name, I don't think that will fly because the name involves an actual person. A good amount of people don't know who she is. Also treating such a name like a title doesn't sound like a textural variation. Irelia is fine as she is.
If this has actually happened before, then I stand corrected, but this is my personal reasoning.
I don't know why I haven't ever seen this suggestion before.
