How do technical issues at all affect your ability to write new lore?

It doesn't, it affects how they can release it. They have stuff written up, I mean they released the long versions of lore for Xerath, Azir, Kalista and Sion, they released stuff like The Pact, The Scourge of the Sands, Bard: Mountain and the like, it's simply that the website's borked and they can't get the lore out in the way they want to.
To be delayed this long, the website's gotta be SUPER fucking borked. I mean down to it's bare bones code. No clue what the problem could actually be though.
