Also: -Bring back the tribunal -Fix the various bugs that have been in game for long time(ex lux e and darius e) -Add a "Warded" ping -Update the old champions( Singed for example) -Make urgot look less disgusting -Add a dodge feature for ranked if a player is trolling -Burn Teemo

The upcoming ultimate timers and Death Recap changes are really welcome btw.

Revert Karma changes Buff/rework Evelynn Zac skin. Make name changes cost less (both RP and IP). Have 3 new refund credits each season.

Yeah I'll have to agree with most of these. However Veigar doesn't actually feel that bad to play. I think you just have to be really passive early on similar to Karthus. IIRC he has like a 51% WR in Plat+?
