Denki the electric fury

lore- After severe lightning strikes are combined with magical energy, Denki was created. Even though he was intelligent he had no knowledge of his surroundings and of valoran. Learning all of valoran and everyone in it, someone suggested he go to the league. Taking this persons advice Denki now fights in the league to learn the world and his place in it.

Denki's base stats health- 600 attack damage- 57 ability power- 30 mana- 400 armor-15 magic resist- 20

abilities passive-Thunders power-for evry 5 mana Denki gains 2 ability power (doesn't include base stats) Q- Thunder calls- Denki fires a skill shot that hits the first target but everyone near the target is slowed (when maxed, the slow becomes a stun) W- Thunder roars- in a spash activation (like brands W in the way you cast it) Denki summons a thunder roar which damages all enemies inside the zone, frightens all minions and none epic monsters and silences any champion. E- Lightning binds- binds Denki to a enemy champion dealing 30 magic damage every second, if the champion is kept in range for 6 seconds, the champion is dealt 200 damage and is snared. R- lightning strikes- overloads Denki with electricity, when enemies get close to Denki they are dealt 40 damage a second and are stunned one time,after 7 seconds Denki can re-activate lightning strikes to discharge energy in a spash zone dealing 500 damage, if not activated in 15 seconds, Denki will automatically discharge where he is standing, finally Denki gains unlimited mana and 40% cooldown reduction for 7 seconds(this doesn't raise ability power) what Denki says
