Nerf heimerdinger

heimerdinger isnt op at all, its basic problem solving skills to know how to beat a himer.

1. dont try to win lane against him, because he almost always does.
2. bait his stun, poke to get him low, or to kill his turrets as he only gets a turret every 25 seconds
3. once you bait his stun, land some hits, then retreat, you will take damage obviously from turrets, but almost any laner can out damage heimer in a short (key word) 1v1.
4. once he gets ult, bait it out, its on a relatively short cooldown, so as soon as you bait it out, get your jungler to gank. easy kill.
5. if you can't do any of this, then just play syndra, pick up his turrets, and throw them away.

Other good picks against heimer: Ziggs, zed, oriana, akali sometimes, and pretty much anybody else that can all in extremely well, and is ranged, if ur a meele champ against heimer, you will most likely have a bad time.

One last thing, don't pick jax into heimer, lots of people do it thinking that his dodge/block/whatever its called ability will block turret shots. NO IT DOESN'T.

Hope this helps you realize how heimer isn't op at all, and that's coming from somebody who plays heimer a LOT.

Take this from someone who mains him in mid, all the enemy team has to do is get master yi wearing a ton of magic resist and then heimer is screwed. When I see master yi, I instantly ask bot support to switch me because yi will just q your turrets for days... If you want to nerf someone, its not heimer. Any aoe kills the turrets because of how close together you need to put them for them to work. Nasus, Brand, Morgana, Lux, etc. all destroy heimer's strat. Or any champ that can outrange his turrets, Annie, Ashe, Jinx, (any marksman really), and alot of mages. Oh, And never approach him if he has electrodes on his head or two turrets down and you'll be fine. Heimer rules...
