Champion Concept: Anderson, the Robotic BodyGuard, who hails from Piltover
this is a concept for a new champion. he would be a support, who's concept is to control the area around him while occasionally protecting his VIP. He is a Robot, a member of Piltovers Police Agency Passive: Battery Life: rather than function off of mana, he runs on an energy system. every ability costs energy, but any ability he casts while at full charge gains additional 'overclocked' effects. Q: Tazer: a short-range damage skillshot that applies a stack of "taz'd". when a target with 3 stacks is tazered again, they are stunned. Overclocked effect: applies all three stacks. W: Get 'Em: activates a field around himself that slows enemy champion inside for the duration, a slow that scales up. the ability would have an increasingly high maximum slow as the ability levels, and the visuals would be smaller robotic police dog-piling on the champions. Overclocked effects: silences at the end of the slow in addition to other effects. E: Take a Bullet: marks target nearby allied champion for 3 seconds. the first champion auto attack or ability that effects marked champion consumes the mark, Applies all damage and effects to Anderson as true damage, and teleports Anderson to the allied champion. the ability does true damage because he cannot defend himself while taking the hit. there is a maximum range, but as long as Anderson is within that range, he will take the hit regardless of any CC affecting him (it will continue to affect him at his new location). abilities damage is calculated as thought it originally targeted Anderson. AoE abilities blocked this way do not affect the marked champion. Overclocked effect: a shield is applied to the allied champion equal to the amount of damage taken, with a minimum value based on ability level. R: Offense is the Best Defense: Anderson puts on a larger Mechsuit and gain a boost to Health, AD, and AP, as well as restoring his battery to FULL Charge. possible other things he gains in his ultimate form: all abilities count as overclocked as long as he has the energy to cast them, his auto attacks restore some level of energy, he gets a move speed towards enemy champions.
Alternate Ultimate: Anderson becomes a mech suit on target allied champion. for the duration, you can only cast your Q and W from the allied champion, and the allied champion gains a flat health, attack damage, and ability power boost, which scales with your bonus health, AD, and AP. if the allied champion is slain, you are slain in their place no matter how much health you had and they are released from your body with 1 hp free of cc and all ongoing enemy effects. the allied champion still controls their character, and can run around and cast abilities as normal, just stronger.
