Help and support is useless

i've been having problems with lag and packet loss for the past month or so. i've put multiple discussions out on the help and support board, and watched many other people discussions with the same problems. the thing is, riot is basically ignoring everything on the help and support board. i see the red fist of an actual riot/wrenchmen response maybe one per PAGE of discussions, if that. and the only ones they respond to are ones where people have problems logging into the game or making it run (which, is admittedly, a fine first priority) but they are ignoring everything else. while i would like a solution to my problem, i would be content if riot would at least just acknowledge that lots of people are posting about the same problem and that they are working on it, if they are too busy to give individual responses. instead, they just are ignoring everyone. i'm just hoping that by posting here i can make riot aware of the problem and my frustrations with the help and support board
