Most Halloween (Harrowing) skins are indeed legacy, it will be back next year if you don't get it this year.
Her only modern skin is legacy, GG. Thank gosh I've forced myself to save 1350 rp for her (in case she happened to cost that much).
...And instantly bought another 25$ card when I bought her, in prep for Reaper Soraka and the possible ultimate Sona skin.
