Dragonslayer Vel'koz

So I played some games as Vel'koz and in some games, I was able to steal dragon from the enemy team sometimes with Vel'koz's ult. His ult is very handy for stealing dragons and barons and I just think it would be really cool if there was a dragonslayer Vel'koz skin. Plus, there are no dragonslayer mages yet, so it feels right. I don't have any art work, its just an idea.
