With Halloween on the horizon I believe that Riot should give this skin some consideration. I mean c'mon, its two guys in a horse costume.
EDIT: Plz make sure his legs move completely uncoordinated, not like a horse.
For extra hilarity, he could be holding his weapon (not really sure of what kind of weapon would fit the theme of the skin) in his mouth. It would look so amazingly derpy.

This skin would make me question whether I would prefer Arcade or Definitely not Hecarim. That's saying a lot.
