Constructing a Champion around Life Steal. WIP. Appreciate constructive comments.

Passive – Necromania Xenock binds with a friendly teammate who becomes his Disciple. If Xenock scores a kill he regenerates for 5% of his enemy’s maximum health and mana split between he and his Disciple.

Q – Defilement Xenock purges the ground of life and creates a speed boost AOE for his team. If Defilment [Q] is placed on top of any enemy AOE it negates the enemies AOE.

  • NOTE: The secondary effect cannot be triggered on certain AOE abilities, for example Gangplanks Ultimate.
  • NOTE: The secondary effect can only be triggered on static AOE effects, for example Viktor’s ultimate is immune.

W – Revival Xenock saps the health of an enemy and splits it between him and his Disciple.

E – Deadly Immunity Passive: Lifesteal is 5/10/15/20/25% less effective against Xenock. Active: Xenock gives his Disciple 10/11/12/13/15% lifesteal for 4 seconds.

R – Necropolis Xenock constructs a necropolis (obelisk) at a target location. The necropolis has an area of affect that causes lifesteal from both teams to be diverted to the necropolis as potent energy. After 6 seconds the necropolis explodes and deals 30/40/50% of stored energy as damage divided among all enemies. Each time Necropolis [R] kills an opponent, Xenock gains an upgrade point. At ten upgrade points Xenock can upgrade Necropolis [R] to gain a secondary effect Mummification.

  • MUMMIFICATION: Enemies killed by Necropolis have an extra ten seconds added to their death timer.

So I'm assuming this is a support?

Passive: If he is a support why is he getting kills in the first place? If he's top lane and gives it to the jungler or something it would be interesting but I don't think instant regen after a kill is very impactful. Unless he's snowballing and getting multiple kills most people would just back if they are too low and 5% probably wouldn't change that.

Q: This one needs some clarity. I'm assuming the speed boost is like an sivir ult or karma E ult. Or like GP's old raise morale. But what do you define as a static AOE? You've given two examples or what it doesn't work on but not what it affects. Can it cancel out a Leona ult for example? Also, since you said he "places" it does that make it more like what I assumed (GP's raise moral) or more like a speed shrine (like scuttle crab).

W: Melee or ranged? It matters a lot because it can either be used for poke or to keep someone alive during an all in depending or the range.

E: I'm not sure how great nerfing life steal is since ADC's are the only one's nearly guaranteed to build it. Giving is ally more lifesteal is interesting though.

R: As previously mentioned, only one class is guaranteed to lifesteal unless you're fighting champions like Warick or Aatroxx. Getting ten kills with this ability will be difficult since there most likely won't be enough life steal to charge it up. Unless it can get super charged just from Xenock and who ever he's bound with. That additional effect seems OP as hell since this will mostly happen when death timers are already at 70+ but I'm sure people have said the same about Bard's ult or Kalista's passive (in fact, I'm pretty sure they have).

While it's an interesting idea I don't think this champ would be viable enough. Half his kit can be replaced by Bloodthirster and Zeke's herald. The passive is only good if he's getting snowballed and the extra effect on his ult may fit his theme but not necessarily his kit.

Mmkay. Let's see.

Passive is a bit too similar to Kallista's, but we'll let that slide for now. Kill effect seems interesting, though the fact that he has only two damaging spells (one of which has no damage values listed) seems slightly... Eh. Also, judging by what I'm reading here, unless each team has at least one hella fed lifesteal-stacking carry and a tank to soak up damage, and you manage to keep the enemy team within this area, his ult will do pitiful damage, if it does damage at all. Absolutely pitiful. Percentage should be upped to make it something to truly be feared, since the enemy team can easily just walk out of it anyways. (More on this later)

Also, E passive is almost entirely negated by using a Spirit Visage. May not be a popular item, but whatever. E active will have to be very carefully monitored as to who you bind with.

Speaking of passives, his base passive again. The effect is interesting, I'll give you that. But unless this guy manages to execute half of the enemy team with his ult/get consistent kills with his W (both of which seem unlikely), the effect is almost useless. Maybe make it so kills achieved by either him OR his disciple recover 5% of the killed's max HP/Mana. Maybe reduce that percentage if this guy plays support and his ADC is his Disciple. Or make there be some sort of range so ADC can't be healing Xenock from across the map.

Mummification is a really interesting concept, but it will either be pointless to even try achieving, since I predict his ult doing almost no damage anyways (This, of course, can be incorrect. Imagine Sej and Amumu staggering their ults to lock the enemy team down, Xenock throwing down his ult, using his E on his disciple, and then the champs with the most lifesteal focusing the tankiest champs on the enemy team. Could end up doing massive damage. But again, could end up doing nothing), or be a HUGE game changer late game.

Overall, interesting concept, would actually like for this to see the light of day, with some slight changes. Good job.

QUICK EDIT: Lemme know if there's anything I stated more than twice or any point I didn't make perfectly clear.
