Should there be more Character Specific items?

I was thinking, the only champs in league of legends who have **character specific **items (to my knowledge); are Gangplank and Viktor. Gangplank being an Ult buff, and Viktor being a super strong ap item that enhances his abilities. These items are really cool and really unique, but I do think more champs should have these character specific items, to either add different play-styles to champs, or just to make them more unique. Honestly, the character specific items bring more character to that champion. For example, if we were to say, give Fiora a specific champ item, it could start out as just a normal blade, then go into 3 different types of blades. These blades would be the blades used in the 3 different types of fencing styles. The saber, the foil, or the Epee. This would bring diversity to different Fiora player play-styles. Say the saber would increase attack speed, movement speed, and attack damage, along with reduce the cool-down of her E while giving E a attack speed buff when used, since sabers are used with fast consecutive strikes. Also for Saber, the W riposte could have reduced cool-down, but make the animation faster, making the riposte more precise, but harder to dodge. Then there is the foil, that would have increased defense stats, but have a slight auto attack range boost. Then the Foil could be given a cool-down reduction and range boost to Q, while also buffing the damage of her vital strikes, since Foil is a very accurate fencing style. In Foil the W would have another effect like the saber, except, The W animation would be longer, yet automatically do a vital proc (if vital is up); which would make it easier to dodge, but more punishing if you don't dodge it. Then epee would have a mix of both the saber and foil stats, making it an all around version of the two, while also giving small buffs to all abilities (except ult) because epee is a unique all around style compared to the two.
