An Idea for Lee Sin.

Instead of giving a ton of stat bonuses to Lee Sin to keep him in meta, is it possible if we can give him a personal item like victor? We could give him a personal item that would get effect upgrades based on his ultimate level to hold a certain amount of wards. Ultimate level one holding one, Ultimate Level two holding two, etc. It could even be possible to upgrade the item into a damage path and a tank path for about 1000 gold per upgrade. This would allow Lee Sin to still have ward hops, but not provide so much vision in games that he would stop big plays from happening.
