Champ Concept: Thavas, the Tidal Commander

Lore: He is the first Aquaroid to hold an admiral-level rank in "Aqua Force". He holds the rank of Rear-Admiral. Known ostensibly as an aquaroid of the 554th generation, he is in fact an experimental model of the 555th generation, which is notoriously known as one of the "Lost Numbers". To cover up the fault of the officers related to the 555th generation's development, Thavas was described as a genius of the 554th generation and made an admiral-level officer. Though Thavas possesses power which surpasses the norms of aquaroids, he refused to fight on the front lines to prevent others from discovering his true identity. That is why he was branded as a coward. Many had despised his "cowardliness" until he revealed a portion of his true power on a certain occasion, which won him respect from others as well as exceptional trust from his subordinates.
Abilities:
Passive: Tide pools
Every fourth autoattack, Thavas will create a tide pool at his location. As long as there is a tide pool in a certain area around him, he gains 20% bonus health regen and 10/20/30% increased ad. This does not stack. These effects are increased by 5/10/15% when standing in a tide pool. In addition, hitting a tide pool with an ability will trigger a bonus effect based on the ability. Tide pools last for 20 seconds, or until hit by an ability.
Q: Gut (13/12/11/10/9 second cooldown)
Thavas leaps to a target enemy or tide pool. If he hits an enemy, he deals 20/30/40/50/60 flat physical damage in addition to bleed damage equal to 5% of the target's health over the next 5 seconds. If he leaps to a tide pool, he deals AoE damage equal to 5% of the health of all enemies hit by the ability, while also dealing bleed damage over 5 seconds. This cannot be used on a tide pool for 20 seconds afterward.
W: Wave Crash (6/5/4 second cooldown)
Thavas fires a ranged cone skillshot that deals damage that scales with 20/30/35% of his ad. Tide pools hit by this will explode and deal the same damage after 3 seconds.
E: Ripple pulse (10 second cooldown at all ranks)
Thavas emits a pulse in a circle around him, dealing damage equal to 5/7/10% of the max health of enemies hit by it. Any tide pools hit by this ability explode, shredding the armor of those hit by the pulses for 5 seconds.
R: New Wave (100/90/80 second cooldown)
Thavas rushes down the lane, dealing physical damage that scales with 40/45/50% of his ad. At the end he gains a shield equal to 30/35/40% of the damage he dealt.
