Aurin, the Wandering Wraith

I was thinking of this champion concept today, and thought about writing it down. So, tell me what you think of this.

[LORE] Aurin was once a respected and a prominent Demacian captain. He would lead his forces into battle, inspired soldiers that looked up him and would follow him even to death. He was a role-model to most people and soldiers and always fought for justice and prevailed. Until one night... Aurin and his men were scouting a forest, after being told of necromancers practicing dark magics. Those mages would taint the land around the forest and bring forth a blight that would kill the citizens of Demacia. After finding them, Aurin charged in with his men, decided to put an end to their treachery. While fighting the mages and their mercenaries for hours, one of the necromancers repulsed him away, throwing him onto a rock. While he was struggling to get up, necromancers gathered around, preparing a dark ritual that would put an end to him. After dark clouds and fog gather around him, a scream was heard. One of the mercenaries walked into the fog to see if he was truly dead. Before he even got in, a ghostly blade went right through his chest. His sword flew inside the fog and into the hands of the wraith. The fog spread around, freezing in place as slowly killing everyone. And from the darkness emerged Aurin. Not a proud and caring captain, but a wraith, stuck between life and death, longing for release. From that moment on, it was not his plan to bring people to justice, but to kill them in order to "free" them from their torture.

HEALTH REGENERATION = 5 + 0.4 / level ARMOR= 20 + 1.5 / level
MAGIC RESIST = 30 + 2.5 / level
RANGE = Melee

[ABILITIES]

Chill Touch - [PASSIVE] Enemies that are nearby Aurin take 4 poison damage (2 AP (+ 1 per level) + 2 TD (+ 1 per level)) every 1 second. In addition, they suffer -10% Attack Speed and -5% Armor.

Ghost Blade - [Q] Aurin stabs an enemy who is at very close range, dealing 30 Attack Damage (+ 65% AD) and 10 Ability Damage (+ 45% AP). The enemy is slowed and deals 5% less damage for the next 2 seconds.

Cooldown: 16/14/12.5/9.6/8 seconds Attack Damage: 30/60/75/90/95 damage Ability Damage: 10/15/25/45/60 damage Slow: 5%/10%/12.5%/15%/16.5% Duration: 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds

Blink - [W] Aurin blinks at a targeted location after channeling for 2.5 seconds. After he reaches his destination, he deals 40 Ability Damage (+ 25% AP) to all enemies in a small area around him and silences them for 1 second. Cooldown: 35/32.4/30/28.5/25 seconds Ability Damage: 40/45/50/60/65 damage Duration: 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds

Siphon - [E] Aurin steals the life energy of all enemies that are within his "Chill Touch" range. Every enemy is dealt 25 Ability Damage (+ 60% AP). Aurin regains 5% of his current health and a bonus 2.5% for every other champion hit.

If Aurin hits 2 enemy champions: He gains 20 Armor and 10 Magic Resist for 2.5 seconds.

If Aurin hits 4 enemy champions: He gains 20 Armor and 10 Magic Resist for 2.5 seconds Aurin gains 10% Movement Speed.

If Aurin hits 5 enemy champions. He gains 20 Armor and 10 Magic Resist for 2.5 seconds Aurin gains 15% Movement Speed. "Chill Touch" deals double damage. Aurin gains a shield that blocks the next enemy ability.

Cooldown: 18/17/15/14/13.6 seconds Ability Damage: 25/30/45/60/65 damage Duration: 2.5/2.75/3/3.25/3.5 seconds

Sorrowed Death - [R] Aurin dashes to a targeted enemy champion,stabs him and then teleports back to his location. That enemy is marked for the next 6 seconds. For that duration, he can only take damage from Aurin. If he is within Aurin's "Chill Touch" range, he will take damage based on his passive, plus 45 AD (+ 80% AD) + 30 AP (+ 50% AP). Attack Damage: 45/50/65 damage Ability Damage: 30/45/50 damage Duration: 6/6.5/8 seconds Cooldown: 210/195/170 seconds

Sorrowed Death: Cannot dash to a champion who is already within "Chill Touch".

Just so you know all the active abilities are super weak damage wise. 15 damage is literally meaningless for a damage spell. That's going to be lower than a minion auto I think.

If many champions have 60ish base AD, he's going to be doing way more damage by just using basic attacks.

I suggest you look up champion abilities like Aurin's abilities to compare and get a relative idea, because as it is his abilities due utter shit damage wise. Except for his insane ultimate. I would take a look at that ability because its pretty extreme.

I changed his skill "Sorrow Death". His old skill was:

Aurin dashes to an enemy champion. That enemy becomes untargetable for 4 seconds and loses 80% of his total health. After 4 seconds, if he is not within "Chill Touch"'s range, he will regain his full health.
