[GAMEPLAY] Cho'Gath's spikes are visible.

Recently I was playing a ranked game and as I was cruising through the jungle, I saw the enemy's Cho'Gath's spikes [E] just flying through a jungle camp, meaning that anyone could actually see him. That happened a second time as well. When I got closer to him (he was not visible) the spikes were visible. I believe that this bug should be fixed as it gives away the player's location.
