No [LORE] is currently included. Might come up with a good one another time.

Uara is a ranged support with 2 major forms, her Dream form that can help her allies in the battlefield and Nightmare form which help disrupt the enemies' plans and slow their progress.

[STATS]

Health: 541 (+74 per level) Health Regen: 2.28 (+0.09 per level) Mana: 269 (+52 per level) Attack Damage: 34 (+2.17 per level) Attack Speed: 0.5 Armor: 27 (+1.9 per level) Magic Resist: 19 Movement Speed: 325

[ABILITIES]

[PASSIVE] Divine Bliss / Fog of Horrors Uara's passive depends on which form she currently has manifested. "Dream" --> Divine Bliss When an ally is nearby, Uara will link with them. If that ally has taken no damage at all for 5 seconds, then Uara will heal 35 points of health each 5 seconds. If the ally takes damage, then "Divine Bliss" is put on cooldown. "Divine Bliss" will target the nearest ally with the least health. "Nightmare" --> Fog of Horrors Nearby enemies lose 15 Magic Resistance. In addition, while there is at least one enemy that has less than 50% health, then "Nightmare" will cause that enemy to lose 15 Armor for the next 5 seconds. If the passive is triggered, it is then put on cooldown. Cooldown: 5 seconds

[Q] Cleansing Waves / Disintegrating Ray "Dream" --> Cleansing Waves Uara creates a circle that spreads outwards and heals 40 points of health to each ally within it and also cleansing them from any crowd control effects. "Nightmare" --> Disintegrating Ray Uara shoots a ray in a straight line that deals 25 Magic Damage to the first enemy hit and decreases the Physical Resistance of the target by 5 for the next 3 seconds. Cost: 35/50/85/100/125 Mana Cooldown: 16/15/14.4/13.2/12.6 seconds DR Damage: 25/35/40/50/65 Magic Damage PR reduction: 5/8/10/12/15 Magic Resistance

[W] Daydream / Sorrow "Dream" --> Daydream While there is an ally nearby who is not at full health, "Daydream" will increase their Physical and Magic Resistance by 15. When activated, "Daydream" will give 14% Movement Speed for 5 seconds to all allies nearby. "Nightmare" --> Sorrow Uara targets an enemy champion, slowing them by 12% and silencing them for 2 seconds. Cost: 50/65/70/85/90 Mana Cooldown: 18/17.5/16.8/16/15.7 seconds

[E] Inner Light / Fading Light "Dream" --> Inner Light Uara's current linked champion gains a small spot of light that follows him around. The light will enhance the ally's basic attacks, dealing an extra 12 Magic Damage with his damage. If any target dies while this passive is on, gold and experience are awarded to the ally. When activated, Uara will increase the light's density, creating a shield that will block 60 points of damage and will increase the ally's Armor by 15. The light disappears in the process. "Nightmare" --> Fading Light Uara targets an enemy champion. The targeted champion gains a bright light that slowly fades for 5 seconds, dealing 20 Magic Damage until it completely fades. When the light disappears, the target is dealt 40 Magic Damage and is blinded for the next 1.5 seconds. Cost: 50/75/90/110/135 Mana Bonus Damage: 12/14/20/25/30 Magic Damage Damage: 40/45/50/55/60 Magic Damage Cooldown: 23/22/21.4/19.8/17.8 seconds

[R] Dreams and Nightmares Uara is summoned to the Rift with her Dream form. If she is in her Dream form and activates the ability, all enemies, visible or not, gain "Gloom" for 2.5 seconds. "Gloom" reduces the enemies' damage by 5%. If Uara activates the ability while in her Nightmare form, all allies gain 5% extra health regeneration and 10 bonus Movement Speed for 3 seconds. Cooldown: 9/8/7 seconds MS bonus: 10/15/25 Movement Speed

[APPEARANCE]

While Uara is in her "Dream" form, she wears a white dress and has a bright aura coming off from her. In addition, she has gold bracers, and a gold crown-like on her head that is separated to four pieces and floats above her. Her attacks are bright and leave off a shiny essence behind. Uara floats in her "Dream" form. While Uara is in her "Nightmare" form, her dress becomes dark and purple and she has a dark aura coming off from her. Her golden braces turn to dark blue and her crown that was floating is now pieced together and placed on her head. Her attacks become dark and purple, and her abilities leave off a dark essence behind. Instead of floating, Uara walks in her "Dream" form.

[STRATEGY]

"Daydream and Sorrow" Use "Daydream" to help your allies speed up towards an objective. If the enemy is pushing a lane or is currently onto one of the two objectives (like Dragon), you can help your teammates speed up to either hold up a lane or steal the kill. It is also useful towards allies that are lower on health, as it will increase their defense. While "Daydream" is good to help your allies, another way is by using "Sorrow". Use it either when you are being chased down to avoid being killed or at a teamfight, by using it on an enemy who's abilities deal high damage.

"Dreams and Nightmares" While "Dreams and Nightmares" is on a pretty low cooldown, that doesn't mean it should be used whenever it is ready just for its passive. You never know when you are going to need to change into another form, in order to either help a dying ally or avoid a stronger enemy champion.

"Inner and Fading Light" "Inner Light"'s passive can help your team's AD carry farm easier or secure a kill. It is best to let it on until he actually needs the shield. "Fading Light" on the other hand can prove useful at blinding the enemy's AD carry and prevent him from dealing any further damage to you or any other nearby ally. However, you need to time it right, as it takes 5 seconds for it to blind the enemy.

"Cleansing Waves and Disintegrating Ray" Use "Cleansing Waves" to heal allies that are in need of some HP. Another good use of it is in teamfights. If an enemy champion has the team caught with any of his crowd control abilities, use "Cleansing Waves" to get rid of them, as it takes rid of effects like stuns, slows and roots. "Disintegrating Ray" is best used at a fairly low-health target to help your team secure the kill. Lowering his Armor can be useful for your team's ADC or someone else to take the kill.
