How To Make Skins Worth It Even More (Need Feedback)

I don't know if this thread belongs here, but it has to do with skins. I think to really make skins worth the money, that more artwork gets changed and that the artwork is applied more. You probably don't understand. Let me break this down. Take Heartseeker Ashe for instance. Her abilities should be changed to be a "Heartseeker" version. The arrows could be changed to heartseeker ones, like the one Ashe uses. The artwork should also be displayed. Riot spent a lot of time on the artwork, so why not show it off a little more? Your champion picture on the bottom left of the screen (on default) should be changed to the artwork for the skin. So I would see the face of Heartseeker Ashe, not regular Ashe. When you're moving around the map, all players that see your icon on the minimap would see the skin version of that champion.

BASICALLY... Abilities will match the skin, and the skin artwork will replace any artwork of the original champion.

Let me know what you guys think about this idea. I think it adds to the skin, and REALLY makes it worth the money. Please answer the poll below and give feedback. If a Riot employee could respond if this could be possible in the next patch/update, that'd be nice.
