(Champion Concept)Abel and Cain, The Struggle for Power

Wow It's been so long since I've made this concept, I figured it would be nice to bring it to light again to see if anyone has more to say about it. Can't believe my name last time was Da Boss1001. No doubt the name change was worth it.-Sincerely, Floooooooooooooops

Hi this is an idea that i hope is original basically you play as Abel but things will start eventually happening. I hope you like this, I will be updating eventually because i am in the middle of mid-terms. hope you enjoy. March 21st 2014- OK.... so I've been fairly lazy and to me tomorrow means a couple months from now so i will try to finish this right now!!!! . Please give me some feed back because I have forgotten some ideas I had when I first wrote this.

Who Is This Champion? Well Abel and Cain are a Mage champion that do not use Mana, they use a new type of resource called hope and suffering(will be explained later on). Abel and Cain can either be a support or a high damage Mage depending on where you decide to focus you points on.

** Lore** A long time ago their was a young man that went by the name of Abel lived a nice and peaceful life. That is before the institution of war created the League of Legends. Once the League started up monsters from the void came wrecking havoc before they found the league. Criminals like Leblanc and Shaco made everyone afraid to sleep and with the nations greatest warriors waging war on each other outside the League, life was a living hell for Abel and forced him to study the powerful art of magic to save himself from being slaughtered. Eventually Abel was forced like as a traveling person for fear of being killed. That was not the worst time for Abel, once angels came from the heavens he though they would help stop the war... but no even heaven's beings were violent and fought in the League. After a few months a cult was created for worshiping the angels, they seemed harmless and holy at first but eventually they murdered and tortured innocent people.. not just men but women and children for this so called 'blasphemy' against the angels. One day Abel was wandering by a cave when he saw some high members of the cult in the cave summoning some sort of demonic beast. Abel sneaked in to hear what they were saying. "this beast will make a great offering to the angels... and they will reward us handsomely" he said with a malicious grin but another said "Cain is not something to be taken lightly Solomon, He was a very dangerous demon in ancient times". Hearing this blew Abel's mind, why would they do this Cain is way to powerful, he though. Then he made the ultimate sacrifice. Abel surprised and killed the cult members and rushed over to the form of the demon Cain. Abel couldn't reverse the summoning by himself so he did the unthinkable and contained the demon within him and basically saved millions of lives. Now the tragic part of this story is that the angels were jealous that they did not get there sacrifice and spread word that Abel had done a great evil, But not to kill him only make his life miserable. For years Abel had to deal with being shunned and rejected along with having to focus on containing the demon. He was lucky enough that someone would give him shelter and food. One day though one angel who saw his deed as a great sacrifice and appeared to him saying "behold I am the angel Anya-", but Abel quickly cut her off saying "yea yea i get you are here to shun me like the rest well get on with it!". Anya replied "I have not come to shun you, I have come to honor you for your sacrifice and I wish to help". Abel so filled with joy said "thank you!, it is so nice to see someone care for a change... so what can you-". Before he could finish he was surrounded by a bright white light. "Wha-What did you do to me!" Abel exclaimed "i have made an angel... well a demi-angel, i gave you enough power to harness the power of the heavens and this barlog(she refers to Cain)". After Anya left Abel decided to join the league and show all those who shunned him what he had become. I have been shunned, cursed with a demon and turned into an angel... what's next? - Abel at his League interview. (I GIVE YOU PROPS FOR READING THIS WHOLE LORE!!!!!! )

** ABILITIES/STATS:**

STATS: HEALTH: 395(+80 per level) HEALTH REGEN: 4.60(+0.55 per level) ATTACK: 51(+3 per level) Atk SP: 0.625(+1.26%) MOVEMENT: 345 ARMOR: 15(+3.5 per level) MAG-RES:30(+0 per level)

> _ Passive: Power Struggle:_
>  Abel's ability are of two types, hope and suffering, but his resource is hope and suffering or the equality scale. Abel starts at a resource count of 50 if Abel uses an ability of hope the bar will move up becoming well him but holier and vise versa(i.e 50 to 60) if he uses a suffering ability it drops and Abel becomes Cain and vise versa. So basically if the equality scale drops below 50 his abilities become demonic and gives X spell vamp and decreases X amount of MR and armor also varying on how low the scale is. Vise Versa if it increases above 50 his spells gain AoE supporting affects such as X health & mana regen, X armor & magic resist or X attack & ability power. (Sorry for the reaaaaaaaaaaaaalllllllyyyyyyyy long passive just wanted you guys to understand it.)

>  _Q Ability: Arch light Arrow:_
> Type: Linear
>  Range: 1250(may be changed in further updates.)
>  Abel charges and shoots a beam of light in a straight line dealing 90/110/130/150/180(+0.9 AP) dealing 5% less damage per enemy struck(maximum 25%). Also increase equality scale by 10
>  Demonically enhanced- steals X amount of life from each enemy it hits and gives it to Abel/Cain.
>  Angelically enhanced- steals X amount of armor and magic resist and gives it to himself and allies in a 600 range radius.
>  
>  _W Ability: Balance Storm:_
>  Type: lock on missile/increasing range(Can only hit champions)
>  Range: roughly Xerath Q
>  Abel prepares to launch a blast of 4 stars at an enemy dealing 10/20/30/40/50(+0.4 AP)-20/40/60/80/100(+0.8 AP)(will most likely change the number on this). once at full charge though Balance storm becomes a skill shot and the shot is curved like Diana's Q with two stars on each side. Also gives 5 to either hope or suffering depending on which one is the minority.
>  Demonically enhanced- will slow enemy for X percent
>  Angelically enhanced- Will reveal enemy for X amount of time

> _ E Ability: Darkness Prison:_
>  Type: AoE
>  Range:800
>  Abel or Cain if you will casts a dark prison to fall from the sky dealing 70/115/160/205/250(+0.9 AP)and stunning enemies in the area for 0.75/1.00/1.25/1.50/1.75 seconds Note the prison will act as impassable terrain for the stun duration. Also decreases equality scale by 10
>  Demonically enhanced- decrease enemy armor and magic resist by X
>  Angelically enhanced- increases damage dealt to them by 5% for X seconds

> _ R Ability Explained:_
>  OK first I want to say that there are two ultimate abilities the first one is if you put majority of points into Abel and Vise Versa for the Second Ult. Also whoever ult say you put your first point into Abel's ult you must put the second point into his ult but you can change it once you hit level 16 and you could put it into Cain's ult. Finally whosoever ult you put your point into first you gain bonus stats. For example if you put it into Abel you will automatically have 60 on your scale vise versa for Cain and hope skills with give more hope if your Abel and vise versa. IN later versions I will include the bonuses. Lastly,if you chose to put you last pint into the others ult you will have that ult but will still keep the previous bonuses. But for now the actual ults

>  _R ABILITY FOR ABEL: GENESIS:_
>  Type: AoE
>  Range: Gangplanks ult circumference
>  Abel calls the Angel Anya to send down a blast of 12 holy rays over 3 seconds dealing 80/90/100(+1.2 AP)per each ray that an enemy is hit by. If a ally is hit by the ray they are healed for 60/80/100(+0.6 AP)(May change number and type so it is just one big blast).NOTE Abel will no longer gain demonic enhancements from abilities while this ult is enabled and for a short duration after wards.

> _ R ABILITY FOR CAIN: THE DEMON FROM WITHIN:_
>  Type: single target
>  Range: Mordekaiser's ult range
>  Abel releases Cain into a enemy champion dealing 300/350/400(+0.9 AP) and leaving a mark for 5 seconds. If enemy dies while the mark is still on them Cain with consume their soul and become a physical being who has 1000/1100/1200 HP. He deals 70% of Abel's AP(number may be changed) as true damage and summons 1/2/3 mini barlogs to attack enemys for 20/25/30(+0.10 AP) as magic damage. Mini Barlogs have. 100/200/300(+8 x champion lvl) Note While this ult is active Abel can't gain Angelic enchantments from his abilities.

**Appearance**

Abel is a young man who has shaggy purple/whitish hair. he has a halo on his head, and a small demon tail.he wears a cloak of reddish-black on one side and whitish blue on the other his hood which is attached to his cloak is split between these two colors(dunno if this is the best contrast but i guess we will see.) on his back he has one angel wing on the reddish-black side and a fallen angel wing on the whitish-blue side. his staff is white with two black snake statues intertwining until the top where a pair of wings like the ones on his back rest.
