Ablilities Passive: I will take what is mine CD: 180 seconds Range: 1800 units

  • When ever a unit is killed near Umbra, Umbra gains one grain of soul(10 per enemy champion). A maximum of 10/10/10/12/12/12/14/14/14/16/16/16/18/18/18/20/20/20 souls can be held at once. When Umbra dies He can release all of his **grains of soul **. The souls will hunt out the enemy that slew Umbra dealing 15/25/35(+5 damage per soul) if enemy is killed by the souls Umbra re spawns with half of his max souls.

Q Ability: Shadow Pact: CD: 15/14/13/12/11 Mana: 65/55/45/35/25 Range: 1000 units Tether Range: 1500 units Type: Skillshot/Tether

  • Umbra releases a Torent of shadows that latch onto the first enemy champion hit dealing 20/30/40/50/60(+0.9 AP)Magic damage tethered enemy has magic resistance reduced by 30% for duration and is dealt 40/50/60/70/80(+0.6 AP)Magic damage. During the duration of the tether whenever the enemy uses an ability they gain a stack of Defiance which stacks up to 3 times at the end of tether enemy is also deal 5/5/10/10/15(xstacks of Defiance) as Magic Damage.

> W Ability: Shadow Pool/Frenzy: CD: 14/13/12/11/10 Mana: 90 at all Levels Range: 1100 units Type: Two Cast placed trap/Skill shot

  • Umbra places a Shadow Pool at target location lasting 15 seconds. Enemies that step in this area are slowed for 40% and Umbra can reactivate the ability and the pool will morph a cocoon around the target(s) and detonate after 0.75 seconds dealing 80/100/120/140/160(+0.7 AP) Magic Damage. In turn if there are no enemies on Shadow Pool then the second cast will become Frenzy a skill shot that creates a shadow wraith that fly in a straight line dealing_ 90/100/110/120/130(+0.9 AP) Magic Damage_ to the first enemy champion and reducing the target's Magic resist by 35% and fearing target for _0.5/0.75/1.0/1.25/1.50 seconds. _

> E Ability: Torture of the Mind CD: 8/7/6/5/4 Mana: 55/50/45/40/35 Range: 800 units Type: Single Target

  • Umbra blasts a target dealing 70/90/110/130/150[(+0.6 AP)+6%(+0.5% per 200 of **Umbras Mana **)of target's missing health] as Magic Damage. If target is currently is affected by Shadow Pact then Torture of the Mind silences the target for _0.25(+0.50 per stack of defiance)seconds _. If target is killed 10% of Umbras max mana is restored.

> Ultimate Ability: Black Mist CD: 130/120/110 Mana: 110/105/100 Range: 1000 units Radius: 500 units Type: AoE

  • Umbra summons the Black Mist dealing an initial damage of 50/75/100(+0.7 AP) Magic Damage. The mist last 5 seconds and deals 25/30/35(+0.4 AP) Magic Damage per second to units inside the AoE. Also enemies inside its effect have their vision reduced and their defenses are reduced by 25%.

Update: Added cooldown to I will take what is mineas well as increasing base damage per soul and base damage

  • E Ability: Changed mana scaling from +2% per 100 mana to +0.5% oer 200 mana Future Changes: Possible redesign to the ultimate EDIT: Changed Torture of the Mind scaling Ap to 0.6 from 0.9

Your champion looks like he would be best friend of champion i have done: link.

Now, on to your champion. I don't understand passive. You collect souls, get killed and then you deal damage to you killed, and that damage is 30 + 3 per soul? That is 90 total damage.

E could be way too strong with item 3027 item 3027 item 3040 item 3042 item 3025 item 3020. I am not mathematician, but i think that would be around 5400 mana and 482 AP without runes or masteries. With this should mana your E would be doing: 150 + 433 + 60% of target's missing health. If enemy have 4000 total health and you use this ability on him having 2500 health, then it will deal 1483 damage. If enemy have 5000 total health and you use this ability on him having 2500 health, then it will deal 2083 damage.

R also deals too much damage (275 + 270% of AP) in very large radius of 500 units.

Other than that, looks pretty good. With a little more work and better number, your champion could be very awesome.

This seems a lil too viable in everything really, you got % miss hp that scales with AP & Mana on a basic ability and the ult is so boring (no offence) compared to the other abilities maybe it could of something to do with the souls and that. Also the passive is so good for laning phase you never lose a fight because you are either being stupid or you play agressive and bait them into a fight which u lose but so do they and yo re-spawn and can gain more gold, out scaling them..
