Ratatouille Twitch (Master Chef Twitch)
Just an idea.
Passive: Food Poisoning icon? Q: giant hat drops on him and then the hat and twitch dissapears? W: Pours soup aoe E: Same gfx, but with different colors? Ulti: same as basic attack, but kinda greater?
Hopefully this doesn't override with Ratatouille's copyright..
