I main Diana. Her main way to do damage is by burst. One game I burst down Ekko to maybe a few health left, and within that ult, he regained most if not all of his health. He thens burst me down while everything is on cooldown for me.
My proposal is to nerf Ekko so that his ult regains a flat amount of health (something like 100/200/400) and goes back to where he was 4 seconds ago.
If anyone has any other ideas, please feel free to comment.
i got killed under my turrent at level 1. if any champ can do this and is not a marksman then they are broken

Ekko is just so op! At least take off the stun from his w!
He really does not need a different. You don't all in ekko unless you are just that bursty. You poke him a few times first then commit. Don't try to go all in on him at once.
His heal is never 100%, it's a percent of what you did, meaning if you don't burst kill him, you've failed. I played as Ekko vs Dianna, she wrecked me because she could 100-0 me, so I had no time to ulti unless it was a flat escape. His ulti shouldn't do so much damage (but it is REALLY hard to land once you've played against him a couple times) I think his base stats and passive should be reduced, so he HAS to land that ulti for assassinations, or build more like a bruiser.
