[CHAMPION CONCEPT] 0113H - The H.I.V.E Mind
TLDR- A robotic Mage/Assassin Champion based on AP and intelligent management of resources.
Lore: Unit 0113H (H.I.V.E- Hyper Intelligent Virtual Entity) was created as a lab assistant by Dr. Donardo LeAvincci, and given thought through the connection of a logic chip to human brain, to aid in his quest for the ultimate Hex-tech weapon. Dr. LeAvincci treated 0113H as nothing more than a tool this very much upset the human side of 0113H's thoughts, enough to cause a deep hatred of Dr. LeAvincci. 0113H plotted to murder Dr. LeAvincci, but not before their work was done and the ultimate Hex-tech weapon was completed. Now a tool without purpose 0113H seeks work in any field be it assassination or crop cultivation.
Character Model: 0113H is a floating ball with robotic armatures and adorned with a long thin antenna on top of him. his size is similar to a Rek'sai tunnel entrance maybe a little larger. There are a series of small thrusters on his bottom side which allow for movement and his ability to float.

0113H is capable of hyper intelligence gaining him better efficiency all abilities and bonuses. 0113H gains an extra 5% bonus including item stats and effects, jungle buffs, ally ability buffs.

Q - Locator Beacon
0113H sets down an invisible beacon that marks visible enemies within its range. Marked enemies take additional damage from allies and will be tracked by 0113h's other abilities.( This mechanic is similar to
's Q which tracks down a target affected by his E )
0113H can have up to 3 active beacons that cause enemies to take + 1/2/3/4/5% damage from allies (15% damage on 5th upgrade if the enemy is within all 3 beacons range) VERY SCARY Duration: 10/10/15/15/20 Minutes Range: 1100/1200/1300/1500/1800 Cool Down: 10 Seconds Mana Cost: 30 Mana Target type: Point-Click
W - Discharge
0113H passively builds up charge on movement. Upon activation 0113H does damage plus an amount to enemies near the target equal to a percent of his current charge.
Charge builds a a rate of 3 per every 1 second of time moving. Discharge deals 100/120/140/160/180 + 45% Ap and 3/3/3/3/5% of total charge as true damage to up to 5 enemies near (500 Range) the target. Range: 525 Cool Down: 18/16/14/12/10 Seconds Mana Cost: 60/60/50/50/40 Mana
E - Micro Munitions
0113H fires Micro Munitions at his enemies.
0113H fires a burst of 5 Micro Munitions in a line. If an enemy is marked all of the Micro Munitions will track and hit the target dealing 10/15/20/25/30 per munition + 50% Ap on contact of the first and the last munition. If multiple enemies are marked 0113H will fire 0/1/2/3/4 extra burst for each enemy marked targeting the enemies closest to 0113H first.
