New Jungle Item Enchantment: Sight Stone

Skirmisher's Sabre/Stalker's Blade + Ruby Crystal + 800G

Health: +200 Unique – Warding: Consumes a charge to place a Stealth Ward icon Stealth Ward at the target location (600 range), which reveals the surrounding area. Holds up to 2 charges which refill upon visiting the shop. Limitations Limited to 1 Jungle or Gold Income item. A player may only have 3 Stealth Ward icon Stealth Wards or Totem Ward icon Totem Wards on the map at one time.

I can see how having your prime role item as a cheap yet massive stat stick with an active AND having a sight stone could be unbalancing and removed a few seasons ago. But with the prominence of jungle objective control, wouldn't it be great if junglers could choose to play more of a support role, or supports more of roaming/jungle objective securing role at cost of stats?

As jungle you would be opting stats and proc for a sight stone and as a support you would be opting out of gp 10 item initially and have to hard buy your ward item instead of letting it graduate and having the extra money to play. It seems like a trade fair enough trade off and opening up other playstyles.

Maybe consider umbral glaive passive, as I don't see that being a hot item this season and going the way of raptor cloak items.

Ivern mains would love this: the only enchantment Ivern can realistically take is runic echoes, which loses its main functionality as burst damage / mana sustain in the jungle as Ivern cant attack the camps at all...

uncountably it will be abused on jax, lee sin, ect. extra vision is always impactful no matter the meta.

So like green smite... but actually useful to other people than lee sin and high elo?

You need to put in the quest system, because getting 2 wards, plus a ward from your trinket, at minute 6 is real op in high level games. Especially now that map objectives are more important than ever. Nevermind stats, most games now don't last long enough to get 6 items, so replacing an enchantment won't impact the game that much.
