They choose who get the victorious skins by who gets played the most in LCS. So hope the buffs to her passive that riot is planning, makes her so strong that she is a relevant pick all through next season. I would love to see something like this though

That is not how they choose the Championship skins. They choose the championship skins similarly to how they pick the Victorious skins, and that's how much of an impact they have.

well they make the skin on popularity in the lcs and if syndra isn't super popular i don't see why she would get a victorious skin

I keep seeing this artwork pop up on the forums, and while it is really pretty and Syndra could use a nice skin, I never see it credited to anyone. Please don't report art if you don't know the source.
