They choose who get the victorious skins by who gets played the most in LCS. So hope the buffs to her passive that riot is planning, makes her so strong that she is a relevant pick all through next season. I would love to see something like this though

I keep seeing this artwork pop up on the forums, and while it is really pretty and Syndra could use a nice skin, I never see it credited to anyone. Please don't report art if you don't know the source.
Let's be honest here... In no season since her release has she been a huge impact in games.
well they make the skin on popularity in the lcs and if syndra isn't super popular i don't see why she would get a victorious skin
