So I have been looking around i just joined lol at the end of season 4 ish and i saw this amazing looking champion Dragon called Ao Shin and he was said to come out 2013 and its 2016 now so i was wondering if he is still happening or like a maybe? They never said he'd come out in 2013, they just teased him then. Development issues followed the announcement, including issues with connecting his theme/lore with the gameplay and his unique body that will require new animation (and hitbox) tech. As Ardynatrix here commented, Morello says that they're still trying to figure out how to do him good.
I still wonder how they will make his hitbox work.
Because as it it won't be possible to dodge anything as Ao Shin.
