Jinx lost her canon?

Ever since the marksman update I feel as though jinx isn't as strong. She is totally outshined by all these other marksmans like she needs a little bit of a boost is it just me? Cause I feel like lost her canon.

the problem is that Lucian basically does everything every other adc does and does it better.

nah shes fine i main jinx adc and i do a lot of dmg early and over 800 crit dmg late game and get triples to pentas just build crit dmg and one speed items and speed boots and ur good and max q first item 3072 item 3085 item 3036 item 3031 item 3508 item 3006 these items are what i use

I have a question, why not make Quinn into a bot lane ad carry? I mean she is adc
