Officer Jinx? Criminal Vi?
Their should be an ulternate universe skin that has Officer Jinx and Criminal Vi. They can have all new ability animations and sounds. Anyone else like it?

Good idea, but you mistyped "alternate" :P
Well, back in the day Vi was a low-end street crook, so that would work. Officer Jinx on the other hand? That design could be more of a challenge....
