[Champion Rework] Volibear, the Thunder's Roar
Base Stat Changes Mana: removed Mana Regen: also gone Thunder: 100
P: Chosen of the Storm Passively, Volibear's auto-attacks charge his secondary bar, Thunder. Auto-attacks against minions and monsters fill the bar by 5%, and auto-attacks against champions or large/epic monsters charge the bar by 10%. When the bar is full, Volibear roars, fearing all enemy units within 400 units, and healing himself for 5 - 50 + (0.15 AP) + (0.05 missing health). Doing this returns Volibear's secondary bar to zero.

Passively, Volibear gains 10/10/15/15/20% movement speed, when above 50 Thunder.
Actively, Volibear doubles his passive movement speed, regardless of Thunder level, for the next 3/3/4/4/5 seconds, with his next auto-attack dealing 25/55/85/115/145 + (0.40 Bonus AD) bonus physical damage, and flinging the target unit over and behind him.
W: Frenzy CD: 16/15/14/13/12
Passively, the CD on this ability is reduced by 30% if the second part is not activated.
Actively, Volibear empowers his next two auto-attacks, for the next 3 seconds. The first auto-attack will deal 20/30/40/50/60 + (0.40 Bonus AD) bonus physical damage, and cleave the area to the left of Volibear, dealing the bonus damage in an AOE cone. The second auto-attack will deal 20/30/40/50/60 + (0.40 Bonus AD) bonus physical damage, and cleave the area to the right of Volibear, dealing the bonus damage in an AOE cone.
If Volibear gets both auto-attacks off, he can activate the ability again, to lunge 50 units forward, dealing 25/35/45/55/65 + (0.60 Bonus AD) + (10% Unit's missing health) physical damage, in a cone in front of him.
E: Thunder Claws CD: 18
Passively, when above 50 Thunder, Volibear's auto-attacks deal 5/10/15/20/25 + (0.35 AP) bonus magic damage.
Actively, Volibear charges his claws with electricity, gaining 10/16/24/30/36% bonus attack-speed, for the next 4/4.5/5/5.5/6 seconds. While in this state, Volibear's auto-attack's deal 10/20/30/40/50 + (0.80 AP) bonus magic damage, and the bonus magic damage will bounce from nearby enemy units to other nearby enemy units, bouncing up to 5/5/6/6/7 times, and slowing all enemies hit by 20/20/30/30/40%.
R: Wrath of the Storm CD: 120/100/80
Actively, Volibear roars, sending out a storm elemental. All enemies hit by the elemental take 150/200/250 + (0.60 Bonus AD) physical damage. Once the elemental is within 500 units of the end of its range, 2500, Volibear can reactivate this ability to return the elemental to him. Enemy champions struck by this ability give Volibear 10 Thunder. Wrath of the Storm can damage enemies twice, but only grants Thunder charge once per champion.
