Embertine2 votesWhen making your post click the icon that looks like a chain and is sitting next to the S with a line through it. Then copy a URL and paste it inside the box and click OK. The link will then show up bracketed with ( ) and have [ ] in front of it with the text curser blinking in between the [ ]. If you do not enter anything in between [ ] and if the URL is a direct image link it will show the image as a thumbnail but not show the link in the post itself. You must also do this at the very top of your post in order to prevent any other images from showing up as thumbnails instead of the intended one you have linked.
Below is an example with a space placed in it after the period and before the letters gif, so that you can see what it should look like.
